With a visit from the Pearly King, fantastic food and drink, top class entertainment and a wonderful, family-friendly atmosphere, Brimmington Park Mid-Summer Festival was the place to be!

Another summer, another fabulous festival! The Friends of Brimmington Park were so grateful to all who contributed to the event – planning, performing, stewarding and so much more – all of whom gave up their time to make the festival an event to remember.
Our fourth summer festival! It rained, but at just the right time. Lots of locals let us know how much they’d enjoyed the music, activities and atmosphere.
The weather held and we finally saw the opening of the new Children’s Play Area by the Mayor of Southwark, supported by the Southwark Tigers Cheerleaders. Thanks to Sarah from Deptford 32 Scouts for providing hot drinks and cakes!
It rained – again – but we bravely filled the new planter in the Children’s Play area and planted some of the sensory plants.
