We’re very excited that Brimmington Park Festival will be Deaf friendly for the first time in 2017. There will be live speech to text captioning to allow deaf or hard-of-hearing people to enjoy the live acts on stage. And local resident, Ginny, will be running a stall with lots of info on deaf awareness. It’s really important to us that everyone feels welcome and included in the festival and we hope to build on this each year. Do come along and visit the stall on June 24th. The festival will be open from 12-6pm, free entry and lots of free activities to join in with – plus stalls to browse and great live music and dance.
